AGMON Satellite is a cloud connected, remote monitoring unit designed to assist in daily agricultural water storage monitoring. This makes remote water storage monitoring easily accessible in areas not covered by the 4G network. Martin Boniface, Managing Director of AGMON is immensely proud of the fact that AGMON is Australian owned, designed and manufactured.
“The system components have been built tough, to withstand rural Australian conditions,” said Martin. “The satellite model of AGMON has given our customers with remote water storage applications the ability to monitor levels for operations such as stock watering, rainfall catchments, mine de-watering and irrigation dam levels,” he added. The AGMON 4G unit has been well received throughout Australia over the past 15 years, and the satellite model is a useful extension to our coverage. Agmon is always ready to communicate with a range of sensors and has customisable alarms, including a default pre-configured water level alert that can be sent via SMS or email when the water level falls below 10%. Once installed, the AGMON will start to gather and post data to the online portal using the satellite to update regularly. An optional daily SMS can be sent from the online portal to update you on the latest readings, eliminating the need for frequent portal logins. Comments are closed.
